IMC is comprised of different teams that all come with their individual unique strengths; it’s the root of our success! But this is also where our different titles come into play. IMC is composed of our PR team and our graphic design team, all led by our President (and founder), Kate! In today’s blog, we decided to break it down and take a closer look at what life is like for our PR team- specifically, a closer look at our digital marketing coordinator, Amanda! Do you want to know what it feels like to be a digital marketing coordinator for a day? Let’s take a look at a day in the life of Amanda’s daily routine.

Amanda’s day begins at 7am, where she takes the time to sip her morning coffee, and catch up on the news. She then heads to the office, arriving by 9am every morning. Amanda has broken down and dedicated almost every hour of her work day to specific tasks thanks to her impressive organizational skills. She starts off the first hour by catching up on emails and looking at her to-do list to see what items she can cross off. The next hour is dedicated to scheduling social media posts for clients, which includes either brainstorming content or posting to Facebook. Afterwards, she spends additional time on copywriting tasks or even knocking a few things off of checklists for events that we’re planning. Each event has specific details according to the client and it’s up to Amanda to prioritize these details each week.

After lunch, Amanda tries to finish whatever she has on her plate (get it?). Some days can be busier than others depending on what day of the week it is. She usually devotes additional hours to client meetings, conference calls, and more event coordinating. Our team always has brainstorming sessions, PR team meetings, and account planning meetings, so any of those can take up a bulk of her day as well.


The day to day tasks at IMC almost always vary, but now you know the gist of what our digital marketing coordinator, Amanda is responsible for! With different tasks and new to-do lists every week, she stays on top of clients’ needs and keeps in contact with them at all times. It’s all about shaping your Image and that’s why Amanda’s role is a huge help for us!
