We are very excited to welcome our new copywriter Sara! Sara joined our team as a copywriter at the beginning of April. She is originally from Cheshire, CT and graduated from Quinnipiac University with a degree in Journalism and a double minor in Spanish and Fine Arts. She initially declared a major in Broadcast Journalism while at Quinnipiac. However, she soon discovered that it was the writing component of this major that she loved the most. This realization led Sara to remain at Quinnipiac and receive her master’s degree in Print Journalism.

Here is a little more information about her!

What are you excited to work on at Image Marketing Consultants?

I am really excited to gain experience from the many different aspects of IMC. I am looking forward to working on press releases, social media, content branding, and creative writing.

What is your favorite thing about writing?

I really enjoy sharing the unique stories about people that would otherwise not be told to the public. I love being a voice for the people, and putting their thoughts into words.

Do you have any advice for aspiring writers?

Don’t be afraid to be creative. You have to entice your readers and keep them interested. Add your own flair and style. It is also always important to proofread your work thoroughly before submitting it and fix careless errors. Lastly, focus on the quality of your work, not the quantity. Don’t be redundant with what you say.
